1. The service

Revundo provides returns-management software for Shopify apparel brands: a branded shopper returns portal, Keep & Credit (qualifying low-value items stay with the shopper for store credit), Size-Swap AI, AI-assisted photo analysis that assesses return photos for item condition, and a cross-merchant Trust Network that flags wardrobing and return abuse. Revundo does not currently front refunds from its own funds; refunds and credits are issued by the merchant through their own payment accounts.

2. Merchant responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of your catalog, return policies, and order data; for your relationship with your shoppers; and for complying with consumer-protection and tax laws in your jurisdictions. You will not use the service to process unlawful returns or to collect data you have no right to collect.

3. Fees

Standard: $149/month (under 1,000 returns/month). Network: $399/month (1,000+ returns/month). Both include $0 per-return fees and month-to-month terms — no annual contract. New merchants receive 50% off the first 3 months. If your return costs do not fall, you are entitled to a money-back guarantee under the terms of your merchant agreement (minimum 50 returns/month measured; third-party cost spikes excluded).

4. Data

We process shopper and order data only to provide the service and only on your instructions. Shopper identifiers are hashed before leaving your store. Cross-merchant Trust Network signals use de-identified data only, and the Trust Network is not enabled for your store until a Data Processing Addendum is signed. See the Privacy Policy and DPA.

5. Confidentiality and liability

Each party keeps the other's confidential information confidential. Revundo's total liability for confidentiality and data-security claims is capped at $25,000. Formal notices under these terms are effective by email.

6. Term and termination

Month-to-month. Either party may terminate with 30 days' email notice. On termination we delete your data per the DPA.

7. Governing law

Indiana law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
